CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total service cost. Payment for all services and retail will be CASH ONLY. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. No-call, no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. There will be a 10 minute grace window. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be rescheduled and considered a last minute cancelation. — ESPAÑOL — TODAS LAS CITAS REQUERIRÁN UN DEPÓSITO NO REEMBOLSABLE. Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable del 50% al momento de reservar su cita, el cual se aplicará al costo total del servicio. El pago de todos los servicios y productos se realizará ÚNICAMENTE EN EFECTIVO. Los depósitos no son reembolsables bajo ninguna circunstancia. La ausencia sin previo aviso o las cancelaciones el mismo día resultarán en la pérdida del depósito. Se otorgará un margen de cortesía de 10 minutos. Si llega con más de 10 minutos de retraso, se reprogramará su cita y se considerará una cancelación de último momento.
